Marvin Dawson

Marvin Dawson is the Senior Manager of Contracts Administration and Distributor Advocate for Flowers Foods, Inc. He is from Vanceboro, North Carolina and grew up as the youngest of eight children. He has been married to Leta Ward-Dawson for 27 years. He holds a BA in Sociology from University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an MBA from Thomas University. He holds numerous awards including being a six-time Southeastern Province Guide Right/Kappa League Director of the Year (Small Chapter) and the 2015 Flowers Foods Spirit Award Recipient. He also serves as the Polemarch of the Thomasville Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and has been on the Board of Trustees for Thomas University since 2017.
